Emma Kelly
With over 25 years in sales and more than a decade in property and estate agency, Emma brings a wealth of experience, energy and passion to Harper & Co. As Director and Valuer, she loves meeting clients, getting to know their homes and helping them achieve the very best result from their move.
Emma’s varied career, from managing a builders’ merchant to working in insurance and property, has given her a strong background in sales, negotiation and customer service, alongside an approachable and down-to-earth manner.
Outside of work, Emma is passionate about supporting cancer research charities and encouraging young people to follow their ambitions. She loves spending time with her family, swimming and, whenever she gets the chance, escaping somewhere sunny!
Bo Richardson
Bo is at the heart of Harper & Co’s sales operation, overseeing our sales and helping clients through every stage of their move. Organised, knowledgeable and always approachable, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.
From negotiating offers and agreeing sales to liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers, Bo is there throughout the journey. Her friendly nature, attention to detail and determination to go the extra mile have made her a firm favourite with our clients and are reflected in the fantastic feedback she regularly receives.
Outside of work, Bo loves spending quality time with her friends and family and brings the same warmth, humour and positivity to the office every day.
Grace Kelly
As one of Harper & Co’s founding team members, Grace has been part of the business from the beginning. Starting as a Property Consultant, she has developed into our Photographer and Marketing Expert, combining her knowledge of property with a creative eye for showcasing homes at their very best.
From professional photography and video to social media and property marketing, Grace is behind much of the content that helps our homes stand out. Her creativity, attention to detail and high standards ensure every property receives the care and presentation it deserves.
Outside of work, Grace loves spending time with her dogs, getting outdoors for long walks and enjoying time with her friends and family.
Deborah Dee-Richardson
Debbie is an experienced and passionate Valuer with a genuine love of property and helping people move home. With a strong background in insurance, alongside years of experience buying, selling and renovating properties herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to every valuation.
Friendly, approachable and reassuring, Debbie has a natural ability to put clients at ease. She takes the time to understand every seller and their circumstances, offering honest advice and support throughout their property journey.
Outside of work, Debbie loves spending time with her granddaughter Harper, socialising with friends and family, and taking on her own home renovation projects — so property is never too far away!
