Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, spending quality time with family, and soaking up the sun on her travels. Bo Richardson
Bo is the driving force behind Harper & Co’s sales success. As our dedicated Sales Manager, she combines professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch that clients consistently praise — reflected in her many 5-star Google reviews. Known for her friendly approach and commitment to going the extra mile, Bo ensures every client enjoys a smooth and rewarding experience from start to finish.

As one of Harper & Co’s founding team members, Grace has grown with the company from its very beginning. Starting as a Property Consultant, she has developed into a talented Photographer and Marketing Expert, ensuring every property is showcased at its absolute best to achieve outstanding results.
